The Sustainable City — Yiti

About the Project
The Yiti Integrated Tourism Development stands as a symbol of urbanisation and sustainability in the Sultanate of Oman, developed by Oman Tourism Development Company (OMRAN Group) and Diamond Developers — the team behind the first Sustainable City in Dubai (2016).
The Sustainable City — Yiti aims to be net-zero carbon by 2040, in line with Oman's sustainability goals, using 100% renewable energy, water recycling, urban farms and smart-design homes.
The district brings together the West Sustainable District (264 courtyard villas) and East Sustainable District (36 garden villas), Nikki Beach Residences, a 5-star resort with 132 serviced apartments, a 4-star neighbourhood hotel, an Autism Village, an equestrian club with 68 trained horses, and SEE Village — home to SEE Institute, a net-zero-carbon learning facility with a 7.4km running and cycling track.
A sustainable lifestyle for a better tomorrow, on the Gulf of Oman coastline close to Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, Muscat International Airport, and the Royal Opera House Muscat.
