Maqam Real Estate ("Maqam", "we", "our") is a real estate agency based in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, presenting residential and investment projects and connecting buyers and sellers of premium properties. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We only collect information you choose to provide to us: when you send a contact or project inquiry (your name, phone number, email address, and message); when you submit a property for sale (your contact details together with the property information you provide, such as location, type, size, expected price, description, and photos); and when you submit a customer review (your name, contact details, rating, and review text). We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not collect personal information about you automatically while you browse.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, to contact you — by phone, WhatsApp, or email, according to the preference you indicate — about properties you asked about or submitted, to evaluate and market properties you ask us to sell, to publish customer reviews after our approval (only the reviewer's name, role, rating, and review text are shown publicly; contact details are never published), and to comply with our legal obligations.

4. Cookies

This website uses only the cookies necessary for it to function: a cookie that remembers your language preference (English or Arabic), and a login session cookie used solely in the site's administration area. We set no advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only where needed to serve you: with the developer or other parties involved in a transaction you ask us to arrange, with service providers acting on our behalf (such as email delivery), and with public authorities where the law requires it.

6. Third-party services

Buttons and links on this website open third-party services — WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, and LinkedIn — whose own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave our site. Our contact map is embedded from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when the map loads. Project brochures are downloadable PDF files.

7. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and then delete or anonymize it. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data appropriately.
